Log and measure
Log when you take something. Add weight, body measurements, sleep, check-ins and lab results when you have them.
Look back and share
See your own trends. If you choose, build a summary to show your clinician. Ask AL a general question if you have agreed to it.
Your data stays yours.
- Your account and logs are private to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email. How to delete.
- AI only with your consent. AL is off until you agree, and Apple Health or Health Connect data has its own separate switch.
- This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, so there is no cookie banner.

Is PEPTIDAL medical advice?
No. PEPTIDAL is for tracking and information only. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend anything, and it is not a medical device. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about anything you take.
Does PEPTIDAL sell or supply anything?
No. PEPTIDAL sells and supplies nothing. There are no shop links, no affiliate links, no discount codes and no information about where to get anything.
Does the calculator tell me how much to take?
No. The calculator only converts numbers you type in, for example the amount in a vial, the liquid added and the amount you have already decided on with your prescriber or supplier. It does not know what is right for you and it does not recommend anything. Check any figure you rely on with the person who prescribed or supplied the product.
What is AL and where does my data go?
AL is an optional AI assistant that gives general information. It is off until you agree on a consent screen. If you agree, your messages and some of what you have logged are sent through our server to Anthropic PBC, a company in the United States, so AL can reply. We do not send your name, email address or account ID. The AL page lists exactly what is sent.
